Meditations

Dynamic meditation .jpeg

Dynamic Meditation

A powerful, five-stage meditation that combines breath, movement, expression, stillness, and celebration. It begins with rapid, deep breathing, moves into cathartic expression, rhythmic jumping with mantra, silent witness, and ends with joyful celebration. This method helps break old patterns and opens a path to deeper stillness

Kundalini Meditation

Kundalini Meditation helps release the day’s accumulated tension and re-energize your body. Through gentle shaking, spontaneous dancing, and silent witnessing, participants allow the body to melt and flow naturally. Osho described it as letting energy move on its own — effortless and alive.

Nataraj Meditation

In Nataraj Meditation, dance itself becomes meditation. There are no steps to follow — only the invitation to let go and move as energy guides you. As Osho said, “Forget the dancer, become the dance.” This joyous, free-flowing movement dissolves the boundaries of self until only rhythm and awareness remain. It’s an ecstatic celebration that bridges movement and silence, perfectly blending with the retreat’s spirit of freedom and playfulness.

Nadabrahma Meditation

Nadabrahma, the meditation of humming, brings the body, mind, and energy into harmonious vibration. You begin with gentle humming that resonates through every cell, followed by slow, flowing hand movements that symbolize giving and receiving. As sound fades, silence deepens — a space of effortless awareness. Osho described it as “the sound of the universe.” This practice soothes the nervous system and restores inner balance.

Osho Bardo
Meditation

A unique meditation approach focused on exploring transitions of consciousness and awareness. It can support participants in letting go of habitual mental patterns and deepening presence throughout all phases of the inner journey. (Note: this and other meditative processes may be offered in context at the retreat.)

No Mind Meditation

This practice helps settle the restless thinking mind by guiding participants through letting go of thoughts and experiences in a gentle, step-by-step way. It fosters a deep sense of witness consciousness and inner spaciousness. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with overthinking or mental restlessness

White Robe Brotherhood

Meditation

A group meditation style rooted in Osho’s tradition of sacred community practice. This meditation offers a space of openness, connection, and shared presence, blending silence, energy, and collective stillness to deepen the experience of meditation in community.
